Jammu and Kashmir is know as crown of India the state of Jammu & Kashmir share border with Himachal Pradesh and Punjab in the south, while it also has an international border with Pakistan (Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Kashmir) in the west and northwest and Republic of China in north and northeast. This is also the reason why this famous all over the world. The state is carefully divided in to three prime regions namely, Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh.  The Summer Capital is Srinagar for a period of 6 months from May – Oct ending and The Winter Capital is Jammu for a period of six months from November – April ending. 

Picturesque and enchanting, Kashmir is cradled high in the lofty green Himalayas and hailed all over the world for its incredible natural beauty. Surrounded by mountain peaks, lush green valleys, glistening lakes, temples and spectacular Mughal-era gardens, it has inspired poets through centuries.

Day : 1 - ARRIVAL AT SRINAGAR LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

On your arrival Srinagar Airport From the airport it is a 35 minutes drive through the heart of New Srinagar city. The drive takes you past the Abdullah Bridge which connects the banks of the Jhelum River, snaking its way towards the North- Western frontier of Kashmir. We arrive at Houseboat and check in.after refreshment you can go for locals that includes a visit to the famous Mughal gardens , Cheshma Shahi(Royal Spring), Nishat(Garden of Pleasure), Shalimar ( Abode of Love) Mughal laid Out in the 16th century & these fall along the bank of Dal- Lake in the heart of Srinagar City. Evening time we will take a 90 mints Shikara ride in the Dal Lake . This boat ride glides you past some wonderful Floating vegetable gardens, Handicrafts Centre & inherited lifestyle of people living inside the Lake since decades. Dinner and Overnight at House Boat

Day : 2 - IN SRINAGAR- DAY EXCURSION TO TULIP GARDEN

after breakfast go for the largest tulip garden in Asia, the Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden is one of the must-visit places in Srinagar that sits at the foothills of Zabarwan Mountain. A seven-terraced garden is known for its 48 varieties of tulip flowers which not only interest the adult members of the family but the kids too. The garden also has several types of other flowers like daffodils, hyacinths, roses, narcissus and other ornamental plants. The water channel running through the terraces adds more charm to the place and makes it a perfect place for romantic couples who can get some memorable pictures clicked here. Sprawling in 30- hectares of land, this major tourist site in Srinagar comes to life during the spring season when the Tulip Festival is held. Opened to the public, this festival is a must-see in Kashmir for all kinds of travellers as it aims at flaunting the natural beauty of the garden, the rich Kashmiri culture, and its handicraft and cuisine. in the evening have a walk around beautiful famous dal lake . later on back to hotel .overnight stay in hotel

Day : 3 - SRINAGAR TO SONAMARG -87 Kms)

After breakfast we will drive to the majestic mountain resort of Sonamarg. The route towards Sonamarg takes us on a picturesque country side drive where we will come across rolling hills, green forests, clear water streams and blooming rice fields. We will zoom past the town of Kangan which handles all the local needs of this region. From Kangan, we will drive towards Mammar, famous for its trout farm and stopover for a warm cup of tea before we head towards Sonamarg. We will once again alight from our vehicles at the tourist spot of Gagangir. The spot is built in the middle of the river Sindh and looks like an island with snow glaciers covering one or the other spot. In Sonamarg we will take a 3 hour walk or horseback trip to the Thajiwas glacie r (on own payment ). evening time back tp Srinagar overnight stay at Hotel.

Day : 4 - SRINAGAR - PAHALGAM - SRINAGAR DAY TRIP-

Post todays breakfast, take another exciting drive from Srinagar to Pahalgam. We will begin our trip towards Pahalgam and drive on the National Highway 1A. This road connects the Valley to the rest of the country. We drive past the saffron fields of Pampore, the marvellous ruins of Awantipura and the village of Bijbehara which remains famous as the bread basket of Kashmir. You can even sample a few exotic breads sold by vendors near the road. We switch the the national highway at Khanabal and drive through the second largest city of Anantnag. From here the road turns scenic as we drive parallel on the Lidder river flowing from the opposite direction. You can also opt to spend your half a day of sightseeing by driving to the picturesque Chandanwari and Betaab valley or ride by horseback across the wildlife sanctuary towards Baisaran meadows.(at your own cost) After your return from the beautiful meadows. Aru Valley where flims have beenshootin like Bajrani Bajan, and it is famous for hiking enjoy the green natural beauty of aru valley. Evening time back to Srinagar Overnight Stay at Hotel

Day : 5 - DEPART SRINAGAR (FLY OUT)
